        The therapists here are friendly and knowledgeable. They really care! P.S. Gundersen took over this place not long ago, so the experience had 5 years ago doesn't pertain to them.

        The staff here are friendly, and my Physical Therapist Steve Krieg is great. He has a bubbly personality and we mesh well. My back-up therapist Roxanne is also great. I feel like they truly share my mission of getting back to normal!

        Only a few of the staff are friendly. Otherwise, you feel invisible. I was a regular member for a couple of years and I doubt most of the staff even took the time to find out my name. Most gyms go out of their way to make it feel like you are welcome they actually are happy you are there. I have seen many members incorrectly using equipment and none of the staff seems to be willing to help them. The have a decent selection of equipment.
