        Fries are always uncooked imo and the brisket was dryer then a desert, the wings are solid though whatever sauce they use is delicious and the chicken itself has a great texture

      Sorry for your visit. Our fries aren’t like McDonalds. We make them in house. The texture of the fry is to actually taste the potato. If you want the fries to be more cooked just ask. The brisket is one of our biggest sellers over 12 years same recipe same smoker. Thank for the kind words about the wings and we hope you have a 5star day on your next visit.
