        The Magnolia cabin was extremely beautiful and accommodating. It was peaceful and secluded. Cleanliness was second to none. Any speed bumps were swiftly taken care of with extreme professionalism! I would highly recommend for any getaway! Walkability: It was pretty cold and we werent sure what to expect exactly, but it looks like there were plenty of groomed nature trails with endless possibilities to see nature at its best. Food & drinks: Its a short jaunt to town, but the local brewery , Toppling Goliath, had fantastic food and beverages.

        My husband and I had an incredible weekend at the Emerald Ash Cabin. Check in and check out were incredibly smooth and easy. The cabin itself was easy to find, clearly marked, beautiful and ready for guests. The amenities that were provided were quality and plentiful. If youre looking for a quiet weekend away, this is the place to go!

        Not planning to return we had planned to celebrate my 43rd birthday and relax and have some down time since we work consistently with both of our jobs and was hoping to use the hot tub and sadly it wasn't ready for us to use which was the main point to stay at. Then in the middle of the night there was a small mouse in the house which got in somehow... we let it outside and then by the time I woke up to shower it was maybe 5 minutes into my shower it went cold so I had to finish with a cold shower on my birthday. So I won't return. I know things happen but I was just wanting a relaxing time to celebrate and be with my husband.

Having spoken with Aaron, it's evident we fell short of your expectations, notably with the hot tub not being adequately prepared. We’ve already put new measures in place to prevent such oversights in the future, ensuring our guests and our teams are on the same page.Regarding the mouse sighting, although Aaron didn't mention it during our conversation or in his email, we're not taking it lightly. Cleanliness and maintenance of our cabins are our top priorities, and we’re implementing additional strategies to maintain these standards.We've also addressed the issue with the hot water. Upon investigation, we discovered the hot water supply was indeed limited to about 8 minutes. A plumber has diagnosed the problem as a faulty heating element and is currently fixing it. We regret that this issue occurred during your visit.It was heartening to hear that, despite these problems, Aaron mentioned he appreciated the beauty of the cabin and our efforts to resolve your concerns.
