        When you call them they won't answer their phones. Trying to get a bad check my ex stole/wrote paid off so I can move on with my life and these jerks won't answer their phone.

        Also had a break in and had check book stolen and several checks were frauded in my name. Had a stop payment and canceled bank account. Checks were continuously written and I almost got sued by several companies because of stop payment and of course went against my credit. Havent been able to buy a house or do nothing since this has been on my credit. This collection agency is a joke since I have called them 9 times in the past 2 weeks and left a message on all 9 calls. This is not fair!
