Communication was terrible. Didn't finish arrangement till two months after I was told it would be finished.  Was difficult to work with to figure out a time to come pick up my arrangement. And after a month of this, she finally contacted me a second time to threaten me, saying if I didn't not come pick it up this weekend at a time that worked for her, she was throwing it away & keeping my deposit.  Also, prices are very high. Felt very much like she was taking advantage of the berieved.

Communication was terrible.
Arrangement took much longer than was discussed before. Said it'd be done in May and it wasn't finished till July.
Only messaged one time to say the arrangement was finished but when we didn't have the time to get it she messaged only one other time threatening to throw it away.
Very over priced as well.
