Very knowledgeable. They want what's best for your pet. They will do everything they can to stay within your budget to make sure all care can be given. They have a seating area section for cats, so your little one can be comfortable.

We are a Kimberly Crest family. This place has its ups and downs: PROS: -The care is top-notch. It's the only place you'll find 2 of the 7 board-certified doctors in the state under one roof along with the equipment, technology, and capability to diagnose and resolve complex problems that only specialists can. -They have their own pharmacy, and carry prescription foods on hand. CONS: -KCVH is extremely sought-after and are always very busy. If you're not a client and they aren't accepting new clients, you must be referred by another vet. Rules for referral service are strict. -Their services are EXPENSIVE. You may be getting a simple service like getting a pet spayed or neutered, but you are helping to pay for the equipment, overhead, and highly-trained staff for the other services they provide. Keep this in mind while you try not to pass out when you see the bill. BUT.....they do accept CareCredit. -Clients with attitudes get let go quickly. Don't get too emotional with the staff or you may be looking for vet care elsewhere. -Employees aren't given much leeway. Clients complaining to management is an easy way to get someone fired for the smallest of offenses. Trust me. Think about the effect your whining could have on someone else's life and livelihood. Bottom line: All you have to do as a pet owner is participate in their care by asking questions, LISTEN to what you're told, and heed advice from the doctors and staff. BEWARE if you're thinking about getting a job here.

I had a review up yesterday, but I took it down. It didn't do them justice. This vet center and it's staff, unbelievable how kind, caring, and considerate they are. They did so much for my good boi Koda... The girls there are amazing, the vet was awesome. Even though my good boi passed away, I can say I know he was happy his last day getting all the attention from them. I know this post still doesn't do justice to how grateful I am. I will never not recommend them. And a big shout out to Lainey, for goin above and beyond for us in this difficult time! I wish there were more people like you in the field.

My cat was diagnosed with a rare condition at the end of February, and she was referred to Dr. Taylor with Kimberly Crest. He has been working with me, along with additional vets, to come up with a solution for her. Although it is frustrating, he hasn't given up on her, and that is all I can ask for. The staff are very compassionate and call to check on my cat's condition regularly. Thank you for helping me fight this battle while trying to give her the best chance possible!
