Unprofessional. Smells like marijuana in office. Nico claimed I had no uhaul reservations even though I confirmed reservations day before, so no truck where it was supposed to be. Had to go to another city to pick it up. Ended up cancelling through corporate office. Not worth the hassle.

I made the reservation, the trailer was there. The owner was not there, but he showed up quickly and was in cell communication the whole time. I had my trailer attached and loaded, did 5 minutes of paperwork, and was on my way. I understand that many uhaul places are not the locations primary function. I'm okay with that. Nice staff.
