        Something needs to be done with this store. Ive been in here 5 or 6 times in the last 3 months and it always has a line out the door and super rude customer service. Also went out of my way to drop off a package yesterday and there was a sign at 2:00pm said closed for lunch nowhere does it say that on there website but she was sitting in there and told me to leave the package out in the rain. Horrible customer service and $1 for Tape for a shipping label.

        I usually don't post bad reviews but something needs to be done. I went to have something notarized and was told that the notary was on medical leave and I had to go somewhere else. Why is there only one person? And then was told to fax my papers was 3 dollars the first page and then 1 a page after that. Why so high?

        For the 3rd time, this store closes in the middle of the daynot opening for 45 minutes. I drove specifically to UPs from a distance and was unable to wait. Such poor customer service.
