        This was my first experience with this establishment and I was thoroughly disappointed. My friends and I had ordered three milk teas through DoorDash, a cotton candy milk tea, mango milk tea, and peaches and cream milk tea. Firstly, the cotton candy and mango milk tea tasted extremely watered down, and the flavor just wasnt there. The tapioca was also very hard and unpleasant to eat and the milk lookedchunky. Secondly, the peaches and cream milk tea tasted straight up like chemicals. The overall aesthetic of the cups was cute, but the drinks were highly disappointing.

        Good service. I ordered Thai milk tea with bobas. The drinks are made from powder and the flavor was good but the bobas were a little firm.

        Sorry you had that experience that isn’t normal. I will see who is working sounds like they missed a step. We get pretty good reviews normally. You’re welcome to have them replaced. That is always an option.

        We don’t only use powders we also have black tea, green tea, coffee and aqua Fresca and soon ice cream as a base, we also have a variety of fruit syrups. Many drinks in the boba world are a combo. We do not brew each cup. We brew in the morning. Sorry about the tapioca that should not have been the case. I will talk to staff. Thank you for your feedback.
