Great customer service. I had a large bill...no bills over $20 accepted. Mgr came out and apologized. They stuck to their rules. I have worked retail before so I appreciate rule followers. I charged my sandwich. It was a Valentine surprise for hubby. Mgr put in a cookie. How nice! I will visit again soon. The Kickin' Cajun Chicken is on point. Spicy but not overwhelming, fresh and crisp. Creamy Potato Salad tastes like a summer picnic. The ordering app is easy and navigable. The in-store staff are always friendly and efficient. Yes, it's a fast food sandwich but the quality and price make this a big step up from that underground train!

Their slogan is freaky fast yet deliveries are anything but. Every delivery I've had from this location takes 20-30 minutes longer than a Papa Johns pizza delivery from a location further in distance. With that said, there were also more pizzas than there were jimmy Johns sandwiches. If you want Jimmy Johns delivery, do it long before you're hungry... then spend time with your family, read and finish a book, watch a movie, solve world peace, then enjoy that sandwich you forgot you ordered long ago.

You have an employee named Jamie and he is absolutely amazing. He has wonderful customer service skills, he's always smiling and it makes the atmosphere welcoming. In this day and age it's hard get a 10/10 rating. He surpasses all marks. Thank you, Jamie.
