I had been searching for new healthcare providers on my healthcare website and found Ideal Health And Wellness was an in network provider. I thought Id give them a try because who doesnt want Ideal Health and Wellness?!? It has been the best decision! Ashley and Marissa are very caring and compassionate. They take time to actually listen to your concerns and truly have a heart in wanting to help you get well. The chiropractic care Ive been receiving from Ashley has been the best care Ive received in a vey long time. She is very personable, takes her time with you and doesnt want to just get you in and out and always asks if I have any questions. Im so thankful that I gave them a try. I totally recommend!

Dr. Ashley is an amazing chiropractor! She focuses on quality care specific to each of her patients. My son has been seeing her since he was a newborn. When he was a newborn he did have some colicky moments which Dr. Ashley helped with. Im talking taking a 4 hour nap once we got home from his adjustment because our little guy was finally about to regulate and get the rest that he needed. He started army crawling around 6 months, but couldnt quite figure out how to get crawling on all fours. I noticed that he always seemed to lock out one leg when getting a diaper change which lead me to think maybe that wasnt normal. Dr. Ashley adjusted him and quite literally the next day he started crawling on all fours. It was so amazing to see and I have no doubt that this was because of Dr. Ashleys care. I truly think he must have been restricted and because of that adjustment he was finally able to move correctly and crawl!! It made my momma heart so happy!! We love Dr. Ashley and cannot recommend her enough!
