    Dr Seraphini is a complete joke and the staff never returns calls. My first visit he spent 30 minutes googling my symptoms. I don't go to a doctor to have them Google what's wrong with me. I'm guessing the patient's specialist that's reviewing all of these comments and putting the phone number down doesn't do anything with the information or there wouldn't have such a tremendous amount of bad reviews not correcting the issue

    Had some problems with a provider and nurse Driesst was very rude. Management was very professional and understanding, but didn't follow up with what was promised on the phone. Waiting area very comfortable and front end staff very caring and helpful. Patient Relations through Genesis made things much worse. There should be someone you can call if you have a legitimate complaint that actually cares about your situation, instead of trying to cover for other genesis employees bad behavior. Patient Relations was useless and should be replaced by something else that works. Sandi at Patient advocacy was less than helpful and should be terminated as should her long distance supervisor.

    Greetings. How difficult can it be to train your staff to address patients by the name which the chart dictates? I find this to be totally unprofessional and down right dumb. Mind you, i take no pleasure in the usage of that word. When patient info states the name of Robert, will your staff address this person as Bob? When patient info states Susan, will your staff address her as Sue? My patient info states Gregory. Why does your staff attempt to address me as Greg? Gregg? This was my experience Sept 25, 2023. Allow me to fast forward. Today, October 4, 2023 i receive a call from your staff regarding a new referral. I am once again addressed as Gregg or Greg. I immediately correct your staff. She makes the adjustment and i am thinking great. Our conversation lasted forty nine seconds per my call log and i will be _ucked if she did not call me Gregg, Greg again. Was she attempting to make a point here or was she in forty-nine seconds stupid? I spoke to someone in Mexico City October 3, 2023 and was asked, did i prefer Gregory or Greg. I spoke with someone in The Philippines the morning of October 4, 2023 and was asked, if i prefer to be address as Gregory or Greg. I fail to understand what is it about the Medical Profession in this region that fails to understand the level of being a professional. This type front end service does a disservice to those on the back end. Sending a memo would be nice. Upon my visit, i was surprised looking at your buildings and inquired of your success. There is no harm in taking the advice of a patient. It cost you nothing. New Patient Gregory Johnson
