Genesis Medical Center, Davenport, West Central Park

DO NOT USE THIS Genesis West FACILITY for your hospital patient/rehab. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The level of care and professionalism shown from nursing staff was truly unbelievable......DO NOT GO HERE...FIND ANOTHER OPTION!! I'm sure this facility will be closed soon...word will get out about the poor care and lack of actual therapy being done with patient. The last few nurses including the "CHARGE NURSE" spoke to us like we were at a FREE CLINIC? Just terrible experience all around!!

Can never get through their infusion center number - goes to voice mail -you leave a msg - has been weeks they don't get back . Have tried multiple times . Its the worst .

It clearly states on the website that they have online care, but when I was explaining to the person what my problem was they cut me off and said that they were a third party and I would have to go to the clinic to get help. So what gives? I feel that they simply didnt want to take the time to help. Plain and simple.

Aside from food taking a whole hour just to get to your room then the food comes up cold as if its just been sitting there its an OK place.

Terrible that Genesis is terminating emergency services at this location which is down the street, now I will need to go even further if time is critical for ER service and wait twice as long. They say it's "only two miles" like Locust isn't always backed up or Lombard isn't a glorified side road. If someone is coming from down on Rockingham can they really wait the 10 extra minutes, then to close this and open a spot in Bettendorf is a slap in the face.
