I have only been twice so far, but she came highly recommended by my therapist. Even after the first session, I felt more in tune with the sensations in my body and noticed less tension and pain in my neck and shoulders.

This was my first craniosacral massage and won't be my last! I came in with shoulder pain, like I had slept on it wrong, and when I left it felt looser and as if days had passed. Overall, I felt relaxed and my husband noticed a difference immediately too. I would highly recommend!

Heather is very kind and compassionate. I appreciate her extensive knowledge of the human body and how to treat various ailments. I've had issues with chronic pain and have seen positive results from her treatments.

As a runner Heather has helped me through PHT, pulled hamstrings, strained hamstrings, and the stresses of high mileage adaptations. She definitely knows her musculoskeletal structure. I find her treatment sessions better than any other holistic modality. A must for any physically active person.

The back is feeling much better. Stretching has been key. I will likely be back in a few weeks for additional work.
