Came on short notice. Inspected, evaluated and got parts and got ejector pump installed and running in short time. Price was a little below what the internet said would be the average. Happy with service and worker was very friendly and answered all questions.

Technicians Bryan and Kirsten came right on time. After evaluating lots of possibilities for the water leak, they found the issue and fixed it!. They did a great job of keeping me in the loop of what's going on and took care of the problem. I hope we don't have the need to call them again, but if we do need somebody for any plumbing trouble we will only call Northwest. Thank you for doing a great job!!
