DO NOT ! This is a homeless shelter and booking needs to take them off the website. Its so nasty,bed bugs, trash, dogs I walked in and walked out 10min was enough for me to see this wasnt my level of comfort. Navy federal gave me a refund instantly with the pics I had. When I mean Nasty OMG if you like comfort please take my word this place is not for you. They need to be removed from booking site and demolished.

DO NOT STAY HERE, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! If you want to stay in a place that never has staff available to where when you get locked out of your room nobody answers the phone or anything to get you back in, states to call on-call number but no number listed, the numbers on their sign are incorrect, and if you just push 0 it only goes to front desk where nobody answers the phone well than this is the place for you!! Sat a half hour in the lobby unable to get back in with my almost 3yr old because nobody was available at the lobby to assist, tried calling the numbers listed by the phone and got no where bc they either didnt work or just continued to ring the front desk where nobody would answer.. the sign says to call on call number if you get locked out of your room but theres no on-call number even listed, so your only option is to sit and wait until staff is available or housekeeping sees you and lets you back in.. Had it not been for the housekeeper that lives heres kids seeing me to let me out of the lobby and also back into my room, my toddler and I would have been sitting another least 20 min before staff would open up the window to reactivate my card to let us back in.. You can see someone moving under the shade in the office but bc they are on break they act like they arent there to assist you in these kind of emergencies nor answer the phone I dont see this hotel making it too much longer unless they get better front desk staffing and improve their service bc no paying customer wants to deal with poor service like this nor be locked out their room or unable to check in bc nobody is available to help or at very least answer the phone.. Just do yourself a favor and spend your money on a room elsewhere that actually has a staff member available at all times.. heck they only give you 2hrs each day to be able to get necessities like towels, bedding, TP, trash bags, etc which is between the hours of 1pm and 3pm, horrible time for anyone who works to get the things they need when these things should really be available whenever you are in need.. I highly recommend staying at the LaQuinta in Moline if you are trying to find a good hotel in the QC area, their service is more than just excellent and they treat you 1000 times better too, you may not have a full kitchen but at least your stay will be incredibly better at a very affordable rate, and its right near the airport if you are flying in and out..

Absolutely disgusting, bugs everywhere, also the staff was incredibly rude, didn't want to check us in, there was no conditioner, no hand soap, no breakfast even though it's stated that there is on their website, and there was holes in the bathroom door which are covered up with what looks like cheap plaster. Don't stay here, save your money this is horrible especially for $80.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Book a room for two weeks. If you like sharing a room with roaches this is the place for you! The hotel is filthy trach everywhere inside and out. Room looked like it has never been clean bedding was dirty shower was dirty. Had to buy my own cooking essentials plus silverware. Booked a room for two weeks I stay one night and checked out. Staying one night they still charged me for two weeks. Noteworthy details: Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else
