Target completion target was two weeks to set up markers for a fence install. They showed up a month later and got maybe half the corners marked they were supposed to notify but they just showed up and didnt even notify me they had started I had to contact them. Then they dont set a return date. So it becomes winter and time goes by. Now they want paid but I want them to finish the job like we agreed. They send delinquent notice, add interest and threaten to take it to collections. Say if I pay in full they will waive interest and come back to finish. I pay they dont come back.
Might cost more to have someone else do it because they might actually be professional
