I will never ever work in dialysis again!! Not only was I badly taken advantage of . I worked 70 hours a week at one point . I hurt my knee bad . When I finally found a good job fit for me and did the right thing , turned in my two week resignation even printed it and turned it in. I was called that night by the D.O. and the new CM and told my resignation was effective immediately. I was told I would get my PTO , they didnâ€™t do it . I only say my experience because this is the absolute most awful that anyone has EVER treated me . They made us work short staffed all the time , breaks were considered a luxury , not a necessity . Lunches were missed due to their needs . I worked eight years in this field , in the end of it . I wish I had never went into this field . Itâ€™s a corporation and you as a number are just that . I had two coworkers that also were injured on the job and we paid for it with this company . I will eventually get over this but I canâ€™t stand someone can treat you so badly and get away with it.
