Mueller Gene DR DDS - Appointments

Been going here since I was 3 ( Im now 16) and the doctor and the nurses are absolutely amazing and remember me.

I was just on the phone with them and the lady spoke to me like a child, she acted like i didnt say i needed an appointment! money was not the problem even if i have insurance, she wasnt even listening to what i had to say so i will be changing my primary dentist. This is one of the few dentists in this area and i wouldnt recommend.

I would not recommend coming here. The office itself is extremely run down and outdated. Their practices and equipment is old school and looks like it hasnt been updated in many years. They are lacking several basic tools that all other dentists Ive been to have had. Their cleaning equipment wasnt placed on a tray, rather it just sat on the chair. The cleaning process was scary enough, Id be terrified to have a cavity filled here. Additionally, my dad complained about his teeth not aligning right when biting after the Dr. Muellers work and he invalidated him and wouldnt fix it until we had to come back later in the day. This was my familys first and last time coming here.

Id recommend this dentist office to anyone! Ive struggled with dental issues for a while and havent been able to find a dentist that was affordable. They got me in quick and referred me to a surgeon to have 12 teeth pulled i just received my partial dentures today and i am over the moon i feel like a whole new person! Thank you so much Dr. Mueller I am very pleased!
