        Jami,Lauren and Dr. Hansen were awesome. Tooth infection and root canal done with no issues in 1 hour. They were in my network and drove 1.5 hours. They got my business in the future over anybody in Peoria, Il thats for sure.

        My wife went in for a root canal and repeatedly asked if the price reflected a full and complete procedure and was told yes on the phone and in the office. This was not the case, and it was explained away in the most lazy way, saying the office staff was new. So if you want the problem to be fixed i would not go here and would find an office that takes care of everything.

        Terrible experience. Dr shivji was anything but kind and compassionate, bordering on being quite cruel. A mixup with insurance caused a denial of the claim so after almost a year I finally got an invoice, which one call to delta dental was corrected. I am giving one star because I have to but her and her office deserve none. The office staff was polite though.

      Topher,We apologize for any inconvenience. We do our best to estimate the patient portion and that is the reason we have our patient' sign the payment policy and estimate form. The full procedure is the root canal only in an endodontic office. We are not general dentists and hence do not do crowns, bridges or fillings so if this was an issue I feel that it can easily be resolved as your dentist referred you to our office for the root canal only. We are one of the only offices to take insurances and this is a side effect. If we did not accept insurance the patient would be responsible for 100% of the fee which is something we try and prevent. However it is an estimate and any appointments with your general dentist may or may not show up on the insurance website and hence the accuracy of the estimate may be off. With that said we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any questions in regards to your bill please call the office and ask for the office manager, Jami.

      Becky, I apologize for the billing. Some insurances have been taking several months and at times even over a year to settle patients' accounts. I'm glad to hear our office staff was kind and the billing issue was resolved. You saw Dr. Shivji a year ago and only for a consultation so if there was an issue we would be happy to chat about making the consultation appointment a better experience.
