        Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. I called shortly after 4pm last night. The woman answering the phone by the name of Tony was extremely rude and unhelpful. You would think running a business, especially a mental health office, they would employ more welcoming and helpful staff. As someone looking to get established with a professional, I had no idea of the process, and needed some guidance, I asked her. After asking, the rest of the phone call she spoke to me as if I was incompetent. That first impression was discouraging. The interaction left me frustrated and disappointed, as I had heard great things about the providers. However, if thats what anyone has to be expose to when they call, Ill continue my search elsewhere.

        Its too hard for them to know which of there independent providers are covered under which insurance. You have to figure that out for yourself. Rude women answering the phone saying its not her job to figure out which providers take which insurance.
