American Dream Services

American Dream Service did a 32' long by 24' wide stamp concrete decorative patio for us. We used random stone stamps with a charcoal border & walnut release. Looks fantastic!! Although it took a little while for them to get here, we were informed they were backed up, once here work was performed in a professional manner. On time everyday and quality workmanship! I would definitely recommend American Dream Services!!!!

We live on the river and needed to replace our old railroad tie retaining wall, I contacted 7 concrete companies and only 2 returned my call, I received bids from those 2 companies and the prices were very high and the wait time was months. (This was a very large job). My neighbor gave me Brian's name and number, I called him and he came the same day, his price was far less than the other 2 bids and he said "I can start tomorrow" We now have a beautiful retaining wall that will probably be here for the next 50+ years. Very, VERY poor workmanship. The owner, Bryan, suggested doing a border around our stamped patio and he assured us that it would look fantastic and this wasn't his first time doing a stamped patio, he knew what he was doing. The inside edges of the border are not straight, they are jagged, he said that the border would be 16" all the way around, they are not. The border varies from 16" down to 6". There are perfect BOOT prints left in the main pad from someone stepping on it after the stamp was laid down. We were told that it would take 1 week to complete from start to finish, it ended up being just shy of 1 month. Granted there was a few days of rain after the forms were put in but not enough to warrant the amount of time he took. He only cares about getting his money, not making sure that the end result is satisfactory and the customers are happy. We 100% do not recommend American Dream Services. Service: Concrete work

I would highly reccomend Bryan Deaver and his team at American Dream Services. I have worked with him on several of my real estate projects and have been very pleased with his quality, communication, and service. Extremely hard working, friendly and they take great attention to detail. Not much more you could ask for in my opinion!
