        Service manager was super nice but giving 3 stars as they didnt stand on their word. Brought my Sedona in to be looked at for grinding issues in my brakes that was not caused because of bad pads. I was told that if they couldnt recreate the issue I was having I wouldnt be charged the diagnostic fee but they still charged me for it because they found an issue in the brake system anyway. Ok whatever, when I asked for an oil change they added on extra parts I didnt ask for and the answer was just oh it stays on our system every time you have something done- price was way too high and they over charge for their labor. Certified mechanics or certified scam artists?
