        These apartment buildings are infested with bed bugs, roaches, and rodents. There is minimal to no security in the building, people broke into one of the unoccupied units.

        If I Could Post No Stars I Would. Geno Is A Terrible Landlord We Had Roaches Crawling EVERYWHERE Those Buildings Need To Be Deemed Unlivable. There Are Mice As Well And Everything Falls Apart In Your Apartment. Sewage Is All Contained Through The Same Pipes As The Regularr Water So If Your Sink Clogs In The Kitchen Itll Fill Up Your Bathtub Too

        The building is not in good shape and there are infestations of rodents as well as cockroaches. Upon moving out, they were updating the units and perhaps this makes it better. Great location and aside from traffic outside, the building is very quite. Locked building, too.
