This is a great place to live! The manager is amazing: quick to respond, easy to work with, and super friendly. The apartments themselves come with nice appliances and are very well soundproofed. Energy bills are also really low!

Nice location, safe, luxury lofts, pet friendly and you barely ever hear or see your neighbors. Lived there three years loved it for the most part but my move out experience was less then satisfactory. Make sure you take pictures of these concrete floors, this way you can document how they age and crack. This is a design flaw with these lofts, the floors are hard to clean, stain easy and stay cold. I grew to hate the floors, plan on getting lots of rugs. I'm not happy about how much money they kept from my deposit especially after I paid to have it cleaned by a professional. I've tried contacting them and waited over a week for a response after calling two mangers so I gave up. Management is good for the most part but they are overworked. I would still recommend these lofts, they are the best downtown

I've lived at 501 Brady for 6 months now since its opening in Summer of 2017. The apartments are well built and have modern fixtures. Great location close to downtown. If I'm going out I just walk to skip the hassle of parking and save time. I recommend it to any young apartment seekers. The staff is helpful which includes the manager who is nearly always on site and the maintenance guy. Any issues raised will be met with a response in no time at all. Secure, clean, and modern. The building is well made so I have never had an issue hearing neighbors. Also, its important to note this location is right next to the train tracks. This track is very active, but is unnoticeable. Like stated above the building is well made and sounds rarely enter. If you need an apartment you just found it.
