Mississippi Lofts Apartments

Couldn't ask for a better manager or maintenance it's not there fault about what has happened or what has been said they have done a lot to try to fix the problemssometimes things happen when it's out of your control!!!

Slum Lords run this place. It was a beautiful historic building, not any more. Shame on you Davenport for allowing this to happen.

When I moved in 2018 the building was well kept up. It's gone downhill so fast it's frightening to live here! Filthy dirty, trash strewn around, lack of adequate handymen, hit or miss if a manager will be on duty. Nicer tenants have left, now Police here often. I've been harassed by a creepy disturbed tenant who has a record of 15 arrests. Police and management do nothing. If you have a problem plan on waiting months. One tenant went the summer with no air conditioning. This 10-story building had it's one elevator out for almost a week----too cheap to fix the second one. I call them Slum Lords as they keep buying more buildings but can't take care of even one. Move in if you dare.

These reviews are ridiculous, I lived there for seven years and the apartments are very nice. There are definitely not rats or any other bigs there. Just like any apt building you may not like all your neighbors but management is responsive and its a prime location in downtown Davenport. They allow pets and have a great room for events.
