Jersey Meadows Apartments

My first apartment my worst nightmare I moved in February and its been hell since first My neighbor lets dog poop laying around everywhere even on the side walk and for months I told them and they said she said it wasnt her and I asked if I could put my ring camera up they said yeah so of course I did and the neighbor got upset flicked me off on my camera and all I told them and they didnt even seem that they cared at all or that I was upset she soon started picking up her dog poop now were in June she is again letting her dogs poop everywhere and all I get told is Ill say something to her now heres where Im really upset I dont smoke cigarettes so why am I seeing burn holes in my welcome mat my neighbor she smokes and I know shes ashing her cigs out by my mat where else are the holes coming from I told them and Tiffany laughed in my face and the other one that sits in the back all her solution was Ill say something to her thats it? Ive never said anything to this neighbor ever I go straight to the office like I should and it seems like nothing is ever being done now I have to throw my welcome mat away that I paid money for because it was destroyed by a neighbor yet she has no burn holes in her welcome mat? I absolutely hate it here and if I could get out of my lease soon I would I will not be staying here another year and not only that everything in the apartment is old the newest thing I have is my air conditioner and thats only because the old 1970s one broke I hate it here.

Greedy company, will charge you for an extra months rent if you don't review your lease carefully. Do not rent here

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to get me into an apartment as quickly as they could. The apartment needed some minor repairs when I moved in and they were completed within 24 hours. The rest of the apartment is in great shape. The cost of a 1 bedroom + deposit + location + condition of apartment = great value. Could not ask for a better place to live.

Tiffany was a huge help! I was able to sign a lease quickly and without much trouble at all. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, I am very happy with my experience here. The apartments are in a great location as well!
