Fantastic customer service and amazingly quick results. Rich worked with our schedule and was punctual on the agreed time frame. We called for one repair job, was given a reasonable quote and agreed to the work. Far exceeded my expectations on the first and only visit needed even after we added a second task. He explained why we had the issues and gave advice on the best type of attachment to use moving forward. I highly recommend this business. Thanks for your time!

I called Pristine for a 2nd opinion as the previous company told me I needed an entire new inside sewer system and estimated total is $11,500. It was NOT needed. Pristine ran the camera and descaled and it looks good as new. I watched them work through their camera system. I will stick with Pristine Plumbing! Great guys also to work with!
