        Great night, really clean hotel!!! Staff is really sweet and patient! They tried to help me despite it not being their problem too..... very wonderful stay and I'll never choose anywhere else on my visits again.....I also love that they're so close to harrah's.....I'll see you again for iowa is for lovers fest, but I'll call you guys directly to book lol no more expedian

        The room was clean, spacious, restocked and tended to in a timely manner. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Went during a busy week, and never had a problem with noise or other guests. Parking was decent; no overcrowding. No matter where you parked, it wasn't an unreasonable walk to the door. The only misfortune I would complain about is on the night before I was scheduled to check out, I had a fall and broke my foot... Well, there were no elevators, only 2 flights of stairs. Before the break, it wasn't too bad a climb, even for an old, overweight gal such as myself. But it was less than ideal after my injury, as we were on the 2nd floor. If you can't do stairs, make sure you ask for a room on the first floor. Other than that, our stay was a delight! Our room had a fridge/freezer, microwave and a hair dryer, all in excellent working order. We traveled 800 miles, and were depending on those amenities for meals, so that was nice.

        Both front desk ladies we encountered were VERY kind and helpful, they talked and joked with my 3 year old, and are overall friendly. I have never had an issue with this hotel. Its very nice and clean especially for being cost efficient. We had a situation at Harrahs and they were more than willing to help. Very grateful!
