        Ive been working with Kristen from an Assisted Living community for over a year and she is one of the best in business! She is so kind and informative and you can tell she loves her job and the peoples lives she works with!

        Management needs to make sure who are the right people to notify as they took one persons word on who was POA . This person posed as POA and left out a sibbling who cared very much for their Mother and who wasnt estranged from family . The people who cared for my mother were very helpful . I hope for other families that management makes sure who is estranged and who isnt . Why not check with the other siblings and talk with each one and NOT leave them out ! How sad I wasnt informed and wondered why they werent updating me as my sibbling put me off the list and said I was estranged . For the next family make sure you have the right POA

        My mother was actively dying this weekend and her assigned nurse did not call me back as requested this weekend. It had been 10 hours not knowing. Receptionist was actually rude and connected me w a triage nurse who was equally unhelpful. Maybe the patient care is better. I hope so.

        If you call to check on someone- you reach a call center- 2 out of three rude CSR- like people answering the phone- An automated phone system would actually be better.

        St. Croix hospice was exceptional. Every different person with this agency was wonderful to work with. Special shout out to Patti, Meghan, Kim, Lisa, and Leah. Thank you for being there for us during this truly trying time. We were always able to talk to someone at any time of the day and when our loved one passed they came right away and took care of everything.
