So my family was actually excited to come eat here for the first time. We are locals and have heard nothing but good things. It's Thursday night at 6pm, it was busy and we knew that from the parking lot but decided to go in anyway and wait if needed for our food. 2 adults and a 3 little kids. The waiter brought us menus and drinks quick but we sat literally for 30 minutes watching him serve drinks to tables that were already on their 2nd or third drink. We were in a corner and he passed our table at LEAST 10 times going to the 3/4 tables by us. We had the only children in there on a school night but yet we're expected to wait a half hour for the order to be placed then who knows how long for food. That's rude. People dining in should be helped immediately and food orders placed in a timely manner. We ordered from Berthas bar and grill and it was ready by the time we got there. We ended up eating at home but at least gave our business to a place with great customer service . Maybe we'll try again when there is more/ new staff.....
