        Rich spent like 20 minutes on the phone with me trying to help me through a battery issue. I didnt buy the cart or the batteries from him yet he gave me his undivided attention with no expectation of something in return. Anything I need in the future will be directed his way.

        This business is fantastic. I trailered a STAR cart from North Kansas City to be repaired since no one in the area would work on it. The staff checked several "minor" things that might have been wrong before I unloaded the trailer, just in case it was something simple, and would keep me from making another round trip. B&D staff kept me informed of the process, how much a rebuilt, vs. new controller would cost. Just a terrific experience.
