I reached out to Tanner with New Image Remodel via email on 2Sep23 and spoke with him the same day about rehabbing a rental unit. It took a couple weeks to get a formal estimate, and they hey were supposed to start a couple weeks later. Tanner ended up going on vacation out of the country around the beginning of Nov, didnt respond to my emails, and ghosted me. It sounds like Tanner is very successful and has plenty of business, but I appreciate good communication, and I wish he wouldve just told me he didnt have time for my job if that was the case.
