McMullen Ford

I was in the market for a used truck and the wife suggested we check out McMullen since we previously bought a new Bronco Sport from Josh S there. I like cars so if the wife likes a dealer then that's were I'm going. She likes McMullen since they are not pushy. Long story short I ended up in a new truck with no pressure sales or haggling for hours. Josh Salisbury (like the steak) is great to work with and they make the process very easy.

As always great group of people. Josh amazing as always, Darin did a great job getting financing completed. Jeff did amazing on another car we bought. We have bought 6 vehicles in the last year and a half. Everytime it's been amazin,, I highly recommend Mcmullin ford to all my friends and everyone else

***AA+++ 5-STAR EXPERIENCE*** I purchased a highly coveted and nearly impossible buy, the one and only, "2022 Generation 3 Ford Raptor" at MSRP, without any hassles!!!AA++ Extremely rare and honest dealership with exceptional customer service!! Dan McMullen has been helping me since 2021 to secure an allocation, due to the their small dealership and scarce allocations. He promised, that he would not sell beyond MSRP. RESPECT SIR, YOU ARE A MAN OF YOUR WORD!!! Frank at McMullen sealed the deal and made the transaction seamless! These kind of (Son and Father) small dealerships are extremely rare and follow a code of ethics and moral compass that is nearly extinct. Even in view of a pandemic, subsequent chip shortage, limited production, and extremely high demand, with many buyers willing to pay 10-30K over MSRP...this dealership treated me with human dignity, respected my military service, and were HONEST! 3rd time I was advised i could not stay and wait for the the truck to be serviced/repaired and you could not let me have a loaner car to use while my truck was being repaired... I rented a car at over $50.00 and when I was told to pick up my truck... When I arrived I was told you will need to order another part...????? and you would call when it comes in... this has been going on for months... The main reason we bought this truck from McMullen Ford was for the service department. What happen!!!!! 2nd time trying to fix side runner... you ordered the wrong part... when correct part came in it did not correct the problem... 1st time wrong item was not fixed... the problem was ID at the time I dropped it off to the service advisor... however when we picked up the F250 he indicated they tighten down the side runners... however when I look the problem was not address..... and he indicate he needed to order the part... it has been a week since I have heard anything from the service advisor on the status...
