This is a 0 star review, I want everyone to look through their receipt they got for their car and look for the following. Im looking to help you the customer make a good decision before you buy! There are thousands of other cars, just be willing to wait before you buy! Go watch caredge on YouTube for some knowledge as they help you deal with tactics like this! Credit life FVSC (first vehicle service contract) Extended warranty Pin stripe or ceramic coating Wheel and tire Gap coverage - this costs me 7$ a month on my insurance! Or anything else along these lines. YOU CAN GET THESE CHEAPER FROM OTHER SOURCES!!!! I have been struggling as a college student for a few years now. I had a salesman named Shannon, he was so slimy. I know for a fact I didnt ask for any of the warranties he was trying to sell and my loan was 37770! Im amazed the bank even approved me for such a loan. I had spent the last two years trying to make my minimum monthly payments struggling every other month or so before I figured out a system that works. I did have a trade in, a 2014 which he only offered me 4000$ when they sold it to me for 11000 the year before. I told them no and ended up getting 7500 for it. I finally got everything prorated back to me which I was super thankful for. But the guy still tried to convince me to keep the coverages! Dont fall for these tactics they use. If more than one sales man goes with you on a ride theyre looking to distract you from any cosmetic issues there is with the car. Know what their vehicle is worth, make an offer and negotiate from there, if they cant move walk. DO NOT ANSWER What can you afford a month. Do you have a budget in mind? Do you have a trade in? Always get the out the door price and negotiate the warranties off afterward. Then tell them you have a trade in! Know your trade in value range and if they dont work in your range of what you want walk. Ive been trying to trade my car in for the last few months to maybe alleviate my monthly payments. Every dealer I walk into goes do you still have a loan on the vehicle? To which I answer yes. They always say how do you owe? and I tell them. They always say dont ever go back to that dealership, they dont care about keeping a good business relationship with you. They only care about what kind of relationship they can have with your money. Im still -10000$ worth of equity which every dealer says sorry no bank will approve you for a loan with that much negative equity. Edwards if you see this, dont apologize or say youre sorry I had a bad experience. Theres no reason to even discuss it over the phone. Work on your shady tactics and be more transparent with your customer and you could lose your 3 star rating. Its been two years since Ive been to buy a car from you and from recent reviews, this dealer hasnt changed and more than likely wont.

Everything worked out smoothly and it felt like the the gentleman Bart Taylor listened to what I had to say about what I was looking for in a vehicle and found me exactly what I needed. The vehicle that was sold is both reliable and in great condition. I'm very satisfied with the service as everybody in the dealership was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Vehicle purchased here a few years ago which is UPSIDE down by a large amount, overplayed in the first place. Went here yesterday to see what work was all needed to be done to my car, I also still have a warranty, I verbally told the cashier I could not pay more than $400. They show a slip of $1200, I confirm that is not what I am paying, the clerk advised no. After diagnostics I advise what I do not want work on and again discuss the amount I am able to pay. Went to pick up my car, $1200, they then take off charges and get down to $770, in a bind for money as I previously expressed PRIOR to work getting done, I had to wait to pick up my car. Today its $880 but conveniently have the option to finance. The charges were not discussed prior to the work being done. Customer service is extremely poor, unethical and shady. They do not care for the customer nor listen. DO NOT buy a car from here, you will end up getting mistreated and overpaying.
