I called Able Appliance Repair last week and left a voice mail regarding my microwave that was no longer heating food. In that message, I also explained what initial troubleshooting I had done. When Paul called me back, he gave me a run down of his service costs but then offered to send me some online videos to watch if I wanted to take another stab at fixing it myself. Later that day, he sent me a link to a parts diagram, as well as 2 videos that after watching I realized I had missed checking one door switch - and that was in fact the one that needed replacing. This guy even gave me the name, address and phone number of the parts supplier in Omaha that I could pick up my parts, and he had already confirmed that any of the door switch parts I need were in stock. And he didn't charge me anything for that....unreal! I own a few rental properties in the area and I know who I will be calling for now on with any appliance issues. Thank you Paul!
