Kristi was slow to respond with recommendations. When recommendations were received, we selected one of the resorts provided however after selecting the resort (for Aug 2024) we were informed that the resort would not be open that month. We asked for additional options and after two weeks of waiting we moved on to another agent. Our new agent was able to provide quotes immediately and get a vacation booked for us within a day. When asked about this she blamed a miscommunication and retained the retainer we had provided. Our new agent require no retainer.
