The person I got was very unprofessional. She butchered my haircut and when she asked how I liked it, I said the transition between lengths on the side did not look right, she responded with, oh some peoples hair is just like that. I told her it's never came out looking like that, and the lady cutting hair next to us just laughed at me. I will never go back to this location. Butchered haircut and unprofessional staff.

I am new to the area for work but use great clips frequently. Brought my son in for a haircut. absolutely terrible customer service and comments made from the lady who cut his hair. She was rude and made me and my 10 year old son very uncomfortable. Will not be going back to this location,

Despite me having good hair hygiene, the stylist turned up her nose and made a big deal about "how dry" my scalp was in an attempt to sell their products. I overheard her doing the same thing with the customer before me. Seems like an ineffective method to keep customers to me. Haircut was good though.
