Wingstop

I ordered 10 pieces wing and there were only 8 pieces. They were packed in a tiny box and one flavor was on top of another one. It was not a good experience. And when I tried to call them, nobody picked up the phone.

I just ordered and when I received my food my fries was opened on top of chicken and the fries were SUPER COLD PLUS THEY ONLY HAD TWO people cooking with TONS OF PEOPLE WAITING please Focus on fries as well as chicken because the fries are good I HATE IT HERE THEY DONT LISTEN AT ALLLLL TO WHAT YOU WANT IM NEVER COMING BACK I SAID COOKED LONGER AND THEY NEVER DO THEN THEY EUDE AND HANG UP ON YOU I WANT THE BLK PEOPLE BACK!!!!! Different cultures that dont cook chicken SHOULD NOT COOK CHICKEN PERIOD!!!

How would you response if your order was missing some items youve paid for and instead of getting apologies like other peoples experiences, you were told they didnt want to cook anymore because its time for clean up?Would you give up the money youve paid and just leave? How would you response at the awkward moment of their refusal? After hearing some decent review of wingstop, I went to try my first order last night. After being made to feel like a begger for asking for what I paid for, by the guy working the night shift, I will not be going back a second time. Their wings werent anymore special to be worth the experience. I do appreciate the considerate lady who was there, interjecting my awkward moment, saying shell do it herself.
