Andrew and Noah came within the window and communicated well when they were coming. Asked them to check all seals and for leaks on all sinks and toilets. Even remembered areas I forgot. Replaced garbage disposal. Left everything clean and operating.

From the first phone call rhiners was so helpful and easy to work with. We had a bit of bad luck this winter with our hot water heater and furnace going out. They were able to promptly address each issue as well as do it for a better price than their competitors. They care about meeting the needs of their customers and are honest about repairs and price. We will continue to use rhiners for maintenance and any needs we may have.

Had a plummer cone out to set three toilets. He was sick and ran all over the house. Only replaced two bolts. Then had them put for a leak to find out he stayed 2 minutes and left. Got a call from a glug specialist with Rhiner, he unplugged the drain pipe and stated that the plumber should have fixed the pipes. Won't hire these jokers again. Tried talking to the service manager but Sally (assistant manager)and the other gal wouldn't let us talk to them.

I have used Rhiner's plumbing a few times over the years, and never for the same job twice. They do the job well, professionally, and at a fair price. In fact on my water heater replacement they were $1000 less than a couple other quotes. To top everything off they are good people that treat their employees like family. This is a company I am proud to support. And no I don't work there or have any family that does.
