Awesome food and service!!! If you look for real good Mediterranean food in Whole Des Moines, this is your place. The owner, MJ, is fantastic. He knows how to treat his customers, and he knows how to make awesome food. Don't FORGET to try their real Arabic coffee with Baklava.

This is by far one of my favorite restaurants in Des Moines. The food is flavorful, fresh and authentic. It doesnt make you feel bloated. Its light. They make nearly everything homemade and the customer service is warm and friendly. When you come to Gazalis they make you feel like family. Highly recommend!

Food was good. Americanized Lebanese/Greek food. Well prepared and fresh. Small venue. Had a cool bar area. Gotta watch the garlic dish. It's powerful. Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options Parking: Adequate parking.

Food was good and price was reasonable for what you would expect. Normally I would hope small businesses would excel in service but after bringing us 1/2 of the appetizers we ordered with the rest of our food, we were completely ignored for the rest of our meal, the employees were off to the side on their phones facetiming and vaping. The service pretty much ruined the whole dining experience for us, felt much more like we were unwelcome and getting takeout than the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that typically accompanies smaller local businesses.
