I purchased a zero turn from here a few years ago. I sent it there to get a tune up and have a tire fixed. They didn't call me or give me any heads up as to what the cost would be, and I specifically asked them to. They just brought it back and handed me a bill for over $380.00! When I spoke to the service manager he said " well that's what we charge" . Terrible service. They didn't even fix the tire I asked them to.

Worst customer service ever! When l ordered parts on July 21, l was told could be up to 7 days, no problem there. I called to check in on July 26, was told my parts had not arrived. Again, no problem, hadn't been 7 days. Called back on Aug 5, as it was over 2 weeks, was told it STILL was not in. I was understandably upset, let them know l would pick up the parts when they came in, but would not be doing business with them in the future. Got a message 5 minutes later saying the parts had been in since July 23, saying that had called be then(my phone logs show no calls that day, none.) So they never called me, and the 2 times l called, they erroneously told me both times the parts were not in. Went on to pick up the parts, was treated rudely by JJ, so l asked another member of the team what had happened. He argued with me for over a minute until l showed him my phone logs, and then he FINALLY apoligized(all l was looking for.) Bottom line, my parts sat in the store on the shelf for 13 days after they came in, they never called, and the 2 times l called they couldn't even find them. And they didn't even seem to care. Will never be back.
