Krispy Kreme

Ordered ahead(large order) and when arrived they could not find our order. Then after some time, they gave us half of the order and told us they did not have the rest. When asked for the refund, they said they can't do it and kept asking what was missing. We showed receipt (that they gave us) the showed everything correct, yet we were still missing half of the order. After some time, they finally were able to produce other half of the order and told us to get out as we were holding the line. Frustrating experience. Would not recommend that location. P.S. donuts were great!

My family experienced the worst customer service at this location. We called ahead to verify they had the special eclipse donuts in stock. A staff member confirmed that, yes, they did have them, so we drove all the way over. We were confused when we arrived because the cones were in front of the drive thru. A couple workers were outside, so we asked them what was going on. The staff member claimed that they were closed due to short staff. We saw at least four workers there, and this was not mentioned when we called. Our son was very disappointed. They should have mentioned they were short staffed and may not be open on the phone.

Free smells outside but only to find out that the lobby was closed, and the drive-thru line did not move for 5 minutes. I backed out, and the car in front followed. This was not the Krispy Kreme I remembered.

I am from California and was expecting a much better experience. The online info said that the drive thru was open till 11:00 PM, BUT, it and the lobby was closed at 7:00 PM. The staff inside just waved and laughed when zi knocked on the door. I and my wife love Krispy Cream, but will never go back!!
