I really hate to be this person. I called on Friday and asked what it would cost to take my 9year old granddaughter in for a manicure. I was quoted $25. Which seemed somewhat reasonable since I pay $35 for a gel manicure elsewhere. Our appt was today. My granddaughter was all excited. First time at a salon for nails. Atmosphere was friendly and so was the nail tech.. But all she did was paint my granddaughters nails - place a very simple design on her pointer nail bed and charged me $27. Where was the soaking? Where was the hand message? Where was the manicure? I was so disappointed. My granddaughter smiled and said she liked. But when we walked out - she said she thought she would get snowflakes on all her fingers. I don't like to be negative but this was not worth $27. I could have painted her nails and put this simple design on for much less.

My initial eyelash extension appointment took a little bit over two hours. My esthetician Jackie did an amazing job! Two weeks have passed and I haven't lost a single lash! Now I'm moving out of state and I'm genuinely worried I won't find anyone who will do such a professional job. Definitely highly recommend.

Jackie always keeps it so clean. My appointments are always on schedule with no wait between clients. Prices are very reasonable and I love my hair and eyelash extensions. If you want to look like you just walked out of a trap house, decorated like a clown I suggest you go here. A toddler can color better, not to mention they must be color blind considering they dont know the difference in shade. Will cost you a fortune for the corrections it takes to get back to normal. Their idea of making it right is to let the same person try and correct it. Youd think they would get it right after the second time. Shouldnt take a third let alone a fourth. You arent in beauty school anymore honey. Complete failure, how they got you licensed is beyond me. You should have been kicked out the first week. Disgusting.
