        Do not rent from these people. My grandma passed away and they kept half her deposit. They had a roof leak that distorted the wall, they would have had to fix and paint it anyway but blamed her recliner. The elevator can be broken for weeks at a time (month) on one occasion. There's rarely a manager on site and when my grandmas heat wasn't working they argued about getting it fixed. Very disappointed

        My husband and I visited Washington Senior Apartments a week ago. We were impressed with how much you get for the price you pay. We loved the beautiful hardwood floors, large windows, and spacious rooms, in this converted school building. We felt welcomed by the manager, Anna, who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and charismatic. She took her time with us and addressed each of our questions. It definitely looks like a great place to live!
