My appt was Oct 7th. I had to come back a second time because the audiologists couldn't take an impression of my ear. I called Nov 19th to see when I would get my hearing aids. I was told they were waiting for approval from my insurance. I was told it could take months and they would contact me I didn't need to call them. January 19th I called my insurance to see what the hold up was. Insurance told me they had been approved on Oct 18th, and Beltone has double checked that they were approved on Nov 19th. I called Beltone again, and they once again insisted my insurance was the problem, they must not have sent the notification to the right person. This was the first time the audiologists knew I was approved and she could have the aids made. So my insurance approved me in 10 days, and ASI Beltone had my hearing aids done in 16 weeks.
