Carie it's pretty good at her job, she does what you'd expect a realtor to do but I would like to point out that she services an area that is mostly rural and thus when she shows you a house, it's quite the distance away from her office almost always. Polite, courteous, and willing to be real with you more so than to just sell a house. I'd recommend for sure.

I had the pleasure of both buying and selling with Carie in the last 6 months. Her communication skills are top notch. She explained clearly what to expect and guided me smoothly through the inevitable unexpected issues. There are many very capable Realtors in this area, but if I had it to do over I would choose Carie again!
