    Rooms: Reserved a Handicap room with a queen bed as we can no longer do stairs? The first room was freezing and the HVAC was unplugged. Plugged it in, blew cold air but no heat. Second handicap room the TV had a bad HDMI cable. Staff brought a new cable was installing it when the older man cut the new cable. The second new cable worked. The bed in that room was listed as a Queen, my wife who is under 5ft, laying crossway her feet were hanging off. I am over 6ft and my feet hanging off in the normal sleeping position. I told the older man in the morning that the room did not have a queen bed, he wanted to know if I had measured it. We have a queen at home and know how we fit in one. He moved us to a room with 2 full beds. That room had a noisy HVAC, the door hit the stool in the bathroom, and sitting on the stool the tp holder was sticking in my side. On checkout I informed the same man that I had discovered that the plug for the hair dryer was broken. I was accused of breaking it because I had not reported it when I found it. I asked the man if he was in owner or the manager, he would not answer the question. I have stayed at this Super 8 for over ten years while visiting my son. We used to get a king bed on the first floor. The last year plus we were told that the king rooms on the first floor are now storage for remodeling, remodeling for over a year?

    I've had problems before With Super 8 in Centerville In Noveber the 4th Rm120 I had the back door fall on top of me And was accused of breaking it And was going to be charged for it Jauary 21 Rm119 And no sleeping with the furnace being so loud And the breakfast that serves is a joke Nothen is fresh or they don't have any thing at all I've had dirty towls and rags left folded in the bathroom The older couple that runs Super 8 in Centerville Seams to not care at all

Hello Rodney, I apologize for the issues you faced during your stay. However, after our renovation about 1.5 years ago, all of the beds on our property are either Queen or King. There is not a single bed that is double, full, or single anywhere on our property. You can check the tags of any of the linen used to make the beds on our property and they will say Queen. You can even check tag on the mattress itself and it will say Queen. If you are still in the area, you are more than welcome to come by and confirm this. Therefore, regardless of who was working the desk during the time you stayed there, they only showed you rooms with Queen beds. We have 3 king rooms on the first floor, 1 is a temporary storage, and the other 2 are a king and a jetted bath tub suites, which were sold out. We have no reason not to give you the room you want if we have it available, otherwise, we would just be inviting ourselves for a negative review. So please, attempt to listen to us because we gain nothing by lying to you.

Hello Kathy,Thank you for leaving feedback on your stay. However, I am very confused about the content of your feedback. I have reviewed all your stays at our location and I do not see you staying with us on November 4'th. We have someone with your last name staying with us about 7 days later, but the first name is different, so I'm not sure if that you. I also do not see any incidental charges on that reservation or the one you had with us on Jan 20. Furthermore, I'm the one managing this location and there is no old couple running it. We have 3 elderly people that work with us, but I'm not sure if you're referring to them. So, I believe you might be confusing your stay with us with another location. Regardless, please give us a call if your stay was not satisfactory and we will do all we can to resolve those issues so future stays people with us are better.Thank you,

After you checked out, we did a thorough examination of everything that was in the room you stayed in, but we did not find any traces of pests. However, we called our pest control person and had him treat that room for a few days just in case we might have missed anything.
