        Great service and support. I have used these guys for 25 years at least. They have competitive prices and good quality blinds. Dont be afraid to use this company.

        I originally got a quote for blinds 2 months ago and still don't have them. I live in an apartment with very large windows so I needed custom blinds. I get mistakes happen. I'm a forgiving person, but when they got the size on my blinds wrong they called me and told me later they can make it work. However you would think after waiting so long I would be a priority, but then I got told I would get them two weeks later. I work an off shift and need a dark room. I let them know when I ordered them I would be changing shifts over two months in advance. Now I've been getting 5 hours of sleep a night because it's so bright in my room in the morning. This is ridiculous for what I'm paying.

        I had a scheduled appointment to get an estimate for window treatments on our new build (21 windows). I had to call the day of my appointment to confirm. I was reassured that the sales rep (Kevin) would be out to meet me at our scheduled time. After waiting 10 minutes past our appointment time, I called to see where the sales rep was only to be told they were running late and would be there in 45 minutes! I kindly let them know I would take my business elsewhere. It shouldn't be up to the customer to have to confirm their appointment and then call wondering where you are?! If I have customer service problems with you now I can only imagine the nightmare I would be dealing with once I give you my money. Also, thanks for wasting my time and money since I had to secure a babysitter for the appointment time. I wouldn't give this company a dollar. The customer service is awful!
