I wish I could give them zero stars , Ive been here 3 times . Each time I was forced to leave due to the uncomfortable feeling I was given the first time they completely overcharged us I paid a little over 200 for short French tips and the most painful pedicure ever which I disregarded because their work is ok and it was my first time in this new city .the lady rushed through the whole process . After I had already waited 45 minutes to be serviced. the second visit upon arrival the nail tech and everyone in there just stared me down as if I was not wanted there . I proceeded to take a seat ,I still wasnt greeted or even helped so I left .I was so shocked considering Ive been here before . I thought maybe Id give them a second chance so I came back with my brothers (men could get manicures too !!!) the nail tech was so rude she snarled and snapped with every question she answered with deep breaths and eye rolls .there was maybe 2 people in the salon (not busy at all ) I asked her would she be able to take us she snapped it will be a while ! very rudely I said ok how long she said 1 hour or more come back later! then I knew she didnt want to service us because most nail shops never want paying customers to wait or even come back because that could potentially lose a customer . To sum things up I feel as if they are racist here ! Would not recommend if youre a person of color ! I dont know Very unprofessional. Rude attitudes could ruin a great business!

Staff takes every safety precaution and I've never had a better experience! They've been providing the same excellent service for years! P.S. Trish ROCKS! Easter nails! We love her!!

Okay so I guess it's hit or miss. I've been here 4 times and 3 times it was awesome. Except they don't exfoliate the heel as much as I'd like. But this time I got the most painful leg massage I've ever had.. it hurt so bad I kept getting a pain in my chest.. And this is after she rushed through my cuticles like her life was on the line.. Which came after waiting 45 minutes while 2 other ladies got their treatment started 15 minutes before I did. I'm still in the chair.. and if my feet are soft I'll still tip appropriately. But I think maybe some ladies here are good and maybe some are bad. I usually mind my business but I did look around and it doesn't seem like annyyyone else is rushing this fast. Her name was Mi.
